Agenda, and that is to adjourn the 12/01/2025 meeting of the City of Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency. This time, I'll call to order the 12/01/2025 meeting of the City of Clearwater Pension Trustees. And we'll move to Item two on the agenda.

Approve the minutes of the 11/03/2025 Pension Trustees Meeting.

Is there a motion to approve the minutes? So moved. Second. All those in favor? Aye. Opposed, unanimous. Move to item three in the agenda. Are there any citizens to be heard regarding items not on today's Pension Trustees agenda? Hearing none, we move to item 4.1.

Approve the new hire for acceptance into the pension plan as listed. Afternoon, Tiffany Macraes, HR Director, here for any questions you may have on the next three items. Any questions?

Approve the following request of David Clark, Planning and Development Department, Don Klinefelser Fire Department, Gary Martinez, Police Department, Norton McGiffin, Public Works Gabriel Padda, Economic Development and Housing Department, Marvin Penningill, Fire Department, Terry Swazel, Parks and Recreation Department, Anita Lynn Vincent, Finance Department, and Sherrill Wood Police Department for regular pensions as listed.
