ORDINANCE 2026-03
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CLEAR LAKE SHORES TEXAS AMENDING CHAPTER 82 OF THE CLEAR LAKE SHORES MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 82-58 REGARDING MINIMUM YARDS, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR REPEALING/SAVINGS CLAUSE, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY CLAUSE DEEMING A VIOLATION AS BEING GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR PUNISHABLE BY FINE NOT TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY LAW, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN OPEN MEETING ACT CLAUSE.
