CPZ2025-00010 Fire District No. 3 Capital Facilities Plan
Fire District 3 requests approval of Fire Impact Fees consistent with its capital facilities plan (CFP). A fire district requesting impact fees must submit to the county, and update at least every five (5) years, a CFP adopted by the fire district that includes fire protection services and inventory, capital projects, forecast of future needs and a financing plan. The Planning Commission will review the district's CFP at a duly advertised public hearing and provide a recommendation to the County Council.

Fire District 6 requests approval of Fire Impact Fees consistent with its capital facilities plan (CFP). A fire district requesting impact fees must submit to the county, and update at least every five (5) years, a CFP adopted by the fire district that includes fire protection services and inventory, capital projects, forecast of future needs and a financing plan.
