Recommendation: Staff recommends the Planning Commission nominate and select a Chair and Vice Chair.
ANNUAL TRAINING ON OPEN MEETING LAWS, PUBLIC RECORDS ACT, CONFLICT OF INTEREST RULES, AND CLAREMONT'S ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS' HANDBOOK. PRESENTED BY ALISHA PATTERSON, CITY ATTORNEY.
Recommendation: Staff recommends the Planning Commission receive a presentation from the City Attorney on open meeting laws, Public Records Act, conflict of interest rules, and Claremont's Elected and Appointed Officials' Handbook, and ask clarifying questions. The presentation will last approximately 20 minutes.
