It's me. You're looking for recommendations. I'll tell Tracy.

0:18 – 1:030

Good evening. Welcome to the town of Cisco Planning Board meeting. Would you please join us in the pledge of allegiance? Judy, would you please lead us off? of the United States of America. I'll make a motion to approve. Do we have a second? A second. Jim, yes. Chuck, yes. Judy,

1:03 – 1:410

yes. Zack, yes. And I vote yes. Minutes have been approved. Now, we'll open the meeting to public comment. If there's anybody here that would like to address the board on any active application, you can do so now. Given nobody's approach, we'll close the public input and move on to the agenda item. This is a public hearing set for Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing for the property 8533 Breweron Road two lot subdivision. Is there anybody here that would like to speak? Oh yeah, sure. Coming up. Welcome back. Thank you.

1:47 – 2:430

Thank you very much. Uh John Sid again from the Hancock Esster Brook Law Firm on behalf of Micron this evening. Uh we're obviously in favor of the subdivision where the applicant with the consent of the owner, the New York State lineman. Uh we received an an initial set of comments from the town's engineers engineer to the map. We responded to those uh comments and my understanding is we've addressed all but one. We still have some wetlands to depict on the lot that is being retained by the New York State linemen. As you might understand, because that property was being retained, not part of the Micron project, we did not delineate the wetlands on that parcel because it's not part of the project. Uh we've already I've spoken to your town engineer and we'll use the DEEC mapping publicly available information to depict those wetlands on the lot that they're retaining. Other than that, I think we've addressed any concerns or comments you have, but happy to answer questions if you have them.

2:41 – 3:330

Okay, Mark, that needs to be addressed before we move forward on approval of the wetlands. Yeah, this goes to the county on March 11th. Okay. Any questions from the board? Okay, great. Thank you. Is there anybody in the audience that would like to speak on behalf of this project? Given nobody's approached, we'll close the public hearing. Leave it open till next meeting. Okay, we will do that. Anybody have any team have any questions or comments? We're done.

3:35 – 3:500

No problem. All right. I think this will be a record. Do we have a motion to adjurnn the meeting? Motion to adjurnn. Do we have a second? Second. Meeting is adjourned. Good night everybody. Wow.
