Thank you. We'll start with public input. If there's anybody here that would like to address the board on any act of application, you can do so now. Given nobody's approach, we'll close the public input and we're going to move on to some organizational items that we need to take care of. And so what I'll do is I'll read a proposed motion and if anybody wants to make that motion and then a second then we'll move forward with the votes. First one is the appointment of the planning board clerk. So the motion would be to adopt a resolution appointing Cynthia Chamberlain as planning board clerk for the year 2026. Would somebody like to make that a motion? I'll make the motion. Do we have a second? I'll second. Jim, yes. Mike, yes. Mary, yes. Zack,

All meetings shall take place in the town of Cisero Hall and will begin at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise advertised. And uh interestingly enough so we're on the first and third Wednesday of each month and there were no conflicts this year. I think that's the first time ever Heidi and I decided and so would somebody like to make a make I'll make that motion. Do we have a second? I'll second. Jim, yes. Mike, yes. Mary, yes. Zack, yes.

4:04 – 4:490

And I vote yes. Minutes have been meetings have been established and I'm going to uh appoint Jim Dva as deputy chair for the town of Cisco planning board meeting. Jim, would you accept? Yes. Thank you, sir. And uh just another note again, the continuing education is still that four hours a year. I think everybody participates on the online training. That's good. And then uh the approval of the minutes for the December 17th meeting. Any questions or comments? Do we have a motion to approve? Motion to approve. Do we have a second? Second. Jim, yes. Mike, yes. Mary, yes. Zack, yes.

4:48 – 5:290

And I vote yes. ments have been approved. Now we can move on to our one agenda item and this is for a public hearing for a subdivision property at 5345 Guy Young Road and the 5396 Shore Drive three lot subdivision I romans Tim is representing that applicant. Good evening Romans. Hi Tim. Happy New Year. Happy new year. Thank you. This is just a smaller version on the screen.

5:290

Sure. Changes. Thank you.

5:37 – 7:150

Again, test again. Tim Koy and Romans land surveying. Um, this is a three lot subdivision uh coming out of two existing tax parcels located on Guy Young Road and Shore Drive basically in the town in B basically in Brerton. The river's over here. North is up this way. Um there's an existing structure here. So there's one tax parcel that's like this today and another tax parcel that is like this today. Um the idea is they want to carve out a lot one out here of the existing house. uh eventually building a house back here on what will be lot three and eventually this will be a vacant lot, lot two that they'll eventually uh build a house on um with access for these two off of Shore Drive. I don't I can get into it if everybody wants me to, but there's some uh concerns regarding everything in Shore Drive. We plan I talked to Neil. We have to do some legal work to um convey that to the town and go through that process and all that. Um, but we I'm going to talk to the my client and we're going to figure that out with Neil and the town and get through that process. Um, then the other thing is we're going to figure out what we're going to do with this existing garage. Again, right now it's been there for years. In theory, it's too close to the potential road boundary, so we might have to get a variance or take it down. So, we're going to I'm going to talk with the client and clear that up. But again, overall, it's a fairly simple uh three lot subdivision where we're taking two existing tax parcels and creating three. Um I I open to the board's comments, questions, and concerns, and we'll kind of address them as we go.

7:13 – 7:380

Okay. So, the plan is we'll have the public hearing. We'll open the public hearing tonight. Yes, sir. Allow any conversation from the public that is requested. We'll keep the public hearing open. Yep. And you'll go back and do what you need to do. Yep. All right. Any questions from the board at this point? So there's no plan for a house right now on either of those two lots.

7:35 – 8:200

Well, he does want to build a house on this one very soon. Yes. Now, in theory, right now, there's an existing garage here, an existing garage here. So, he has to build a house on there as soon as possible because in theory, it's it's non-conforming with a garage sitting on it by itself. But his plan is to build a house this this spring/summer on that parcel. There's no immediate plans to do this house yet, but that that will be that will happen eventually. Okay. Anybody else? Mike. So, the dotted line is the current boundary. Yep. And then it's going to go all the way to Gong Road. Yep. Right. So, right now the dotted line does this. That's the current one.

8:19 – 8:500

Okay. And then it's going to now turn into this and just be all the way to Gong Road. And lot two has access to Shore Drive, so we don't need it to have access to Gung Road. Correct. Okay, that's all. Is that all set for tonight? The uh town board I'm sorry, the plane board did receive a letter from a neighbor. I believe you got a copy of it. Yep. Um just to make a note of it, I think did the board all get it as well?

8:48 – 9:330

Yes. So, this is an adjacent property owner and uh he talks about an operation of a roofing the sighting company many years ago, different owner and um what he thinks is some asphalt shingles that were buried on the site and has concerns for environmental concerns and also drainage. Um in talking with council, it's really not something we get involved in relative to the the drainage thing will be looked at. Yes. But as far as the asphalt, it's really not something we get involved in. Yeah. So, I just want to make a point of that. Okay.

9:31 – 10:100

For the public hearing. Uh, with that, I'll open the public hearing. If there's anybody that would like to address the board, you can do it now. We're going to keep the public hearing open as well. Anybody? All right. And then uh go coming back up. Tim, anything else on your point? Anything else from you? Nothing else for me. I appreciate the board's time. Uh again, we'll we'll figure out some of the technicalities as far as shore drive goes and we'll figure out how the how the applicant wants to move forward, but we we will get it going. Terrific. All right. I appreciate everything. Have a good one.

10:08 – 10:410

Thanks. You as well. So, that concludes our agenda items. Any discussion from the team? No, I just want to uh thank the town board for their reappoint as me acting as chairman. Um to be a part of this team and working for the people of town is really a great honor and I appreciate their confidence in us. So uh with that, do we have a motion to adjourn? Motion to adjurnn. We have a second. Second. Meeting is adjourned. Have a good night everybody.
