Discuss the Civic Center Central Plant Replacement. Discuss possible options to replace the heating and cooling system that serves both City Hall and City Hall South to address maintenance needs and improve efficiency.

Pavement Improvements Zone 2 (Chino Avenue and Edison Avenue). Discussion regarding the limits of pavement work for each roadway segment, and next steps.
