Ordered that the City Council accept the in-kind donation of prepared foods and gift cards with a total value of Four hundred thirty and 32/100 dollars ($430.32) from the 99 Restaurant to the City of Chicopee for the employee appreciation Superbowl luncheon. Said donations are accepted in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44 Section 53A ½.

Ordered that the City Council accept the donation in the amount of Five hundred and 00/100 dollars ($500.00) to the Chicopee Fire Department. Said donation was made in memory of Fire Captain Walter Harscheid and is accepted in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44 Section 53A.

Mayor’s appropriation of Sixty-nine thousand two hundred fifty and 00/100 dollars ($69,250.00) to the following named account: City Hall Maintenance Special Account for Golf Clubhouse Improvements from available funds in the City Hall Maintenance Account for Replacement of Golf Clubhouse Roof.

Ordered that the City Council accept the donations in the amount of Seven thousand two hundred two and 00/100 dollars ($7,202.00) to the Chicopee Senior Center. Said donations are for senior meals for the month of January, 2026 and they are accepted in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44 Section 53A.

Ordered that the City Council accept the in-kind donation of non-perishable food items with a value of Seven hundred fifty and 00/100 dollars ($750.00) from the Polish National Credit Union to the Chicopee Council on Aging for the Pop-Up Pantry Event. Said donations are accepted in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44 Section 53A §.

Ordered that the City Council accept the donation in the amount of One hundred and 00/100 dollars ($100.00) to the Chicopee Senior Center. Said donation was made by Timothy Wagner for senior meals in the month of January, 2026 and it is accepted in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44 Section 53A.
