Ordinance 2026-15

Amending Ordinance No. 2026-06, which authorized the transfer of approximately 4.52 acres of real property with improvements, if any, located on Doctors Court on Highway 97, with County TMS Nos. 080-03-03-025, 080-03-03-022, and 080-03-03-020; to revise the property description and the purchase price to reflect the reconfigured lots being transferred; to reduce the purchase price by a credit for the cost of the initial survey advanced by the purchaser; to revise certain other terms of the purchase and sale agreement; and providing for other related matters.

1st Reading of Ordinance 2026-16 (Title Only) Authorizing the transfer of approximately 491 Square Feet of Real Property with improvements, if any, located on Main Street, Chester, South Carolina, with County TMS #201-11-01-007; and providing for other related matters.

3rd Reading of CCMA26-06 Tommie Tomberlin requests Tax Map #122-00-00-101-000 (1.00+/- acres) located at 4178 Edgeland Rd, Edgemoor, SC 29712 to be rezoned from Rural One District (R1) to Rural Two District (R2). Planning Commission Vote 5-0 to approve.
