Sanitary Sewer Board - Regular Meeting

Good morning, everyone.

Welcome to the regular meeting of the City of Charlestown Sanitary Sewer Board. Today is September 3rd, 2026. It's 9 a.m. and this meeting is being live streamed by Under Production Multimedia. We'll begin our meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. You'll please join. Thank you. Let the record show that all board members are present, as well as our treasurer, John Schumer, and our attorney, Brad Gibson. We have a short agenda today, mostly doing our regular business of our minutes and such. So I will ask for a motion to approve these in batch, the minutes from our meeting on August 20th, the current claims that were provided, and the payroll allowance docket from August 16th to August 29th. Is there anything, Josh, that you wanted to report? The only question I had, we don't have a regular monthly report this month, but how did it go yesterday when you said you were going to go check that easement clearing that they did?

The easement, the guy went His name is Corey Sampson with Genesis. He went above and beyond. Okay. I mean, there's some. We wanted 28 feet, I think. There's some places he did 100 feet.

He helped out that church. He grinded up all the stumps and the garbage that was there that the previous logging company did. Okay. It looks amazing. Okay. I would recommend him for anything around here.

And we're buttoned up on all that. We've paid.
