Board of Public Works - Regular Meeting

All right. Good morning everyone. Welcome to the meeting of the City of Charletown Board of Public Works. Today is November 20th, 2025. It is 10:00 a.m. This meeting is being live streamed by Under Production Multimedia. We'll begin with the pledge of allegiance. I. Uh no public comment, no old business. Straight into new business. So um this was on the agenda last time and we didn't have to document. So this is a musical performance contract with John Hogan. Carrie has um this is the amount of $150. Um She's going to pick, I think, out of Winter Entertainment. It's for um she's got a few live music performances coming to play at the at the depot and that's what this one is. So, it's just $150 for that date at the depot. Um and we're just making sure we've got everything. We've got his contract, his invoice, and his W9. So, that is good to go. Just need a motion to approve.

And then we had our H renewal from BMS and Heather talk through that. Good morning. Hi Heather. How are you? Good. So, as in the past, the health reimbursement arrange arrangement lets us must share the out-of- pocket expenses that our employees incur was their medical insurance. There are no changes to the plan this year. It's the same as it has been private for the past 5 years. Good deal. All right. Do we have a motion to approve?
