Approve a Construction Contract to Remediate the Dam at 1714 Legion Road
Adopt the attached resolution awarding a bid to Morgan Corp. and authorizing the Town Manager to execute a contract with this lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
Updated Property Acquisition for NS RAPID
Staff recommend approving the resolution authorizing an update to property acquisitions needed for constructing the NS RAPID.
2026-2027 Annual Percent for Art (PFA) Plan
Staff recommends that Council approve the proposed and updated PFA project plan (attached) for FY27.
Approve Signage and Naming of Community Center Building and Greenways in Honor of Bill and Peggy Britt
Staff recommends that Council adopt the resolution authorizing the placement of signage recognizing Bill and Peggy Britt on the Community Center Building at Cedar Falls Park and on markers along the extensions to the Campus Recreation Trial and the Pritchard Branch Trail.

Staff recommends that Council approve the attached meeting minutes.
Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) Update
Council is asked to receive and comment on staff's presentation regarding the draft LUMO.
Out-of-Town Library Fee for Orange County Residents Who Live Outside the Chapel Hill Corporate Limits
Staff recommends that Council adopt a resolution instituting an annual $65 Out-of-Town Fee for Orange County residents living outside the corporate limits of Chapel Hill.
