Um, no, I think we can skip the secretary and the, uh, public charge today.

Excellent. Love that. So, uh, approval of the agenda, is that approval of this agenda? And so are there any changes or adjustments we need to know about Anna Scott?

No, that is the approval for this agenda and I don't have any changes.

All opposed? Okay, there you go. I'm making it official, sorry. I'm assuming there are no announcements or petitions. That's correct. So that takes us right to the consent agenda, which is 111 Ridge Lane for COA placard. It's 118 Millette Street, which is a written decision, and 214 McCauley Street. which is a COA placard. Is there anything that we need to know about those, Anna Scott?

Nope. The materials should have been in the agenda packet that was sent.

So we just need a motion to approve the consent agenda items unless there's some discussion.

I move that we approve the consent agenda items as outlined in the agenda.

Yep, that's it. We just wanted to get those written decisions and COA placards approved. Okay. So we weren't holding anybody up.

Okay. Anna Scott, could I ask one question? Do we have our meeting dates set for the fall when we're back in session?

We do. They are on Granicus. We can send the link to those. I think there's maybe a little miscommunication on the site. It shows that we have the July meeting and not the August meeting, but it's the opposite. But we can send those dates to you in an email when we have the minutes and whatnot.

That would be excellent. Okay, well, I think that I'm going to stop the meeting there before we're done, and we can all leave and go back to our lives.
