You know what? Good evening. Welcome to the planning and zoning commission meeting for June 4th. Can I have a roll call, please? Chair Hume here. Vice Chair Koshell here. Commissioner Quinn. Commissioner Baracell. Commissioner Gala here. Commissioner Schwarzer here. Commissioner Bilstein here. We have quum. And we did hear from Commissioner Quinn. He got stuck at the airport and I we have not heard from our other commissioner. So, if you can note that as well. Um, pledge of allegiance. You're supposed to remind me. I was going to. Okay. For this meeting, we had a study session reviewing the three items that are on the agenda. Is there anybody in the audience who would like to hear any of those items? Okay.
