I know there's one additional stipulation for item number three. If you like to read that into the record, please.

Uh certainly, chair, for case number PL26003, move human performance. We added a stipulation number six reading, "Any change in business ownership shall void this use permit and shall require a new use permit application and approval by the city of Chandler." Great. Thank you. Okay. To the audience, which I see only the applicant and couple of applicants, we had a study session prior to this meeting to review the items on the consent agenda.
