Emergency Management Agency - Consider approval of a contract with MCM Consulting Group, Inc to conduct a county-wide hazardous material commodity flow study.

Coroner - Consider approval of a grant renewal with the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH), Pennsylvania Violent Death Reporting System Program to provide coroner/medical examiner reports, toxicology reports and autopsy reports for violent deaths that occurred in Centre County during the period of January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
Participation in the program will provide $10,000 in revenue to the County – Dept 212.
Coroner - Consider approval of a grant renewal with the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH), Office of Drug Surveillance & Misuse Prevention, which obtains coroner reports and toxicology reports for overdose deaths in Centre County.
The agreement allows up to a $10,000 reimbursement to the County which will be paid in two $5,000 increments, one in April 2026 and another in August 2026 for the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 – Dept. 212.
Correctional Facility - Consider approval of a proposal with Overwatch Innovations, LLC to provide staffing analysis, operational assessment, budget/funding utilization and per diem evaluation for neighboring Counties.
Six months of complimentary access to the cloud based Inspire strategic decision-making platform will be included for up to ten users. The proposal is not to exceed $62,500 – Dept. 333.
Children and Youth Services - Consider approval of the Act 148 Second Quarter Fiscal Year 2025/2026 report.
