Yes. Who drives the pledge? Three votes for, zero against. I need approval of the Commission meeting minutes from June 24th, 2026. So moved. Second. All in favor? Three votes for, zero against. Cass County Health Department resolution 26-63, approving the change order with HSGov Tech Solutions Incorporated for Food Program Inspection Configuration Services. Wow. Need a motion? So moved. Second. Matt, staff report.
Yeah, so this is the software provider that does the inspection software that we use on our food health inspections. We currently have a grant through NEHA with the FDA. We are essentially updating our standards so that we're more in line with the national food code. One of those requirements is for our inspection software to be more user-friendly. Right now, when our inspectors go out to inspect a facility or an establishment, They just have to memorize our entire codes and ordinances. They have to rely on what their memory has served them. That kind of creates instances where they just see the same thing over and over again and they don't look for anything specific. So this update will change our inspection database to where they have to check in, out, or not observed on specific food safety hazards before they can go on to their regular inspection and essentially just write down what they see. This will be paid for through our grant through NEHA as well. That's even better.
Matt, any questions for Matt? No, sounds good. Is there something? Nope. All in favor of Resolution 2663? Three votes for. Cascade Health Department Resolution 2664, approving an agreement with Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services regarding the city's readiness and initiative. I need a motion. So moved. So this is just our CRA contract that we get every year. This is the one that had the problematic language a year or two ago. Remember that? That language has still been fixed. No changes on that.
