Expenditure Increase: $789,220.34
Contract 26-27: Noxious Weed Control Agreement by and between Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and Cascade County.
Purpose: To set forth the terms and conditions for the control of listed noxious weed within the limits of the right-of-way on all state routes within Cascade County. Total Amount MDT pays to the County: $60,000/annual.
Contract 26-28: Election Contract between Cascade County and the Ulm School District for the Ulm School District 85 Trustee & Levy Elections.
Effective: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026.
Contract 26-22: Agreement to purchase and sell real property between Cascade County and Rimrock Valley Preserve LLC.
For the purchase of three (3) acres within Geocode: 02-2895-27-4-01-01-0000 and the existing transfer site structure at $40,951.61/per acre. Total Cost: $122,854.83 (Ref: Contract 26-04, R0478914).
