And there was just silence.

The questions were asked, but there was no one who interpreted them. And I'm not sure whose responsibility that is. What I would like to ask you to do regarding this letter, who is responsible in the government of Carroll County to check the effects of traffic studies and to pass on this information to the planning commission or whatever process? And I would like a detailed answer from the staff so that we can understand that. And I would like a copy of all the earlier reports of the staff to the planning and zoning commission and or the BCA regarding the analysis of the traffic effect study. This one in particular, but also in general. And then the question arises how the analysis of the traffic impact study is carried out by the government of Carroll County. She then goes to the Board of Zoning Appeals for the planned development. And how is it then recorded in the protocol that was checked if a conditional use is required for a permit? I can submit it in writing, but that is of utmost importance and a topic of public safety and general well-being. For me, the highest priority and that's why I'm bringing it to the language now.
