So, we should probably all read it before the next meeting and let me see what So this is usually what legisl ordinance development grant to assist with the implementation of the legislation. Um those grant applications will be until July 31st. So maybe I'll take a look at that between now and next meeting and see if there's

Yeah, exactly. The bets have been titled a retail um under old business that the select word they um didn't vote on putting those ordinances on the town of eating warrant because they're just debating about whether there's too much risk. I don't know. We've always done we've always done review while they think there's not much risk just we've always done it that way they didn't know so they held off to the next meeting I think they don't have a meeting coming up because of conflict since it's going to be

I think they're probably going to hold off until June when they can get a new fiscal year right I think that's what they're going to do well we could if we have a special time meeting to look at the comprehensive plan which is big enough it should probably be But if you have special town meeting, then it won't be on warrant for you. All those changes be done will sit there for a year. Unless we decide you want to push the issues, then we do a couple things. We could either have a petition to hold a special town meeting in July.

Okay. And that's the the four or August or whatever we or we could have a series of petitions to get you now to have all four been put on this year's town. So that there are options that we can certainly do as individual citizens. We can do it as a board or we can do nothing here or decide to push special time sometimes later on. I don't think sit back and do nothing because all that hard work I mean what I mean it's a work in progress but what's currently progress right you know um you don't think we could talk with the the board about possibly getting something going? might take a few weeks up to Brian or Christine.

We included the proposed vision mission statement

for the comp plan. Uh and it just lists basically the planning board members. Now, I did say here that um we're expecting we expect to see the following ordinance for a vote because as of this writing that is what we expect,

right? So, I'll get uh Robin's feedback and Don's feedback, and if they're okay with it, I'll go ahead and send that to Kathy as long as you guys agree. Okie dokie. Uh I will also ask log feedback on earth we have homework and we should be able to um do something for that at the next meeting right as far as getting the the the report back Kathy after they say it's Okay, we got Oh, I need to send it. Oh, I guess a question if um I mean at the site visit at the silver location, Aaron basically said with the changes that we discussed there, he has no problem. I'm going to make a motion that based on the discussions on the site, the revised plan that was sent today, conversations with uh Chief Vaughn, pending a conversation with Aaron, confirmation of that conversation, um that we approve the proposition with the fencing and road fund. Yeah, I felt that uh that meeting walk through very well as far getting everybody talking on the same page. Yeah.

So, this is what we're looking at through a design from just a graphic design standpoint. It was very simple. Yeah. Um was that for cover page? That'd be like Yeah, cover page. Um

you mean we don't have owl's head? Yeah. like Daniel. And so these are not all fully correct, right? But these are just kind of placeholders, right? Basically format, right? Yeah. For table of contents, you know, have it introduction purpose, how to use the plan. She put it already the And those are the same things that are on the talent town, right? Mission guiding principles, stuff like that.

Yeah. I didn't go that far. I just did the vision mission. Yeah. in the town report. But once you get So now we can start to add pictures and maybe we'll play with this a little bit more. Um mission banning principles. She started looking at like chapter three. Now we were talking about why this like numbers up in the middle of nowhere. Like maybe that should go on the little red tab. Yeah. Or something. So we can play with some of that stuff. Um it tab all that long. Yeah. Yeah. So I I don't know why it should that this this should be able to be that you don't Oh yeah, that can work. There we go. There we go.

Or you may not even need it on the on the title pages like this. You don't might not need it. But anyway, is that just a page number? Yes. Yeah. Okay. Well, it's only on the one, so Okay. So, we've got these are starting looks at goals like one, two, three, four. There may be more. So, she was just starting to, you know, piece together what it could start to look like. So, I think we're going to start working on those the inventory chapters that we did that are right now all in Word format. For instance, we can translate those over into this horizontal PowerPoint format. It may not be as readable because of the smile print and stuff, but we can reformat.

Yeah. But I think we would prefer to deliver the final report in this landscape format, but it makes a nicer book. It makes a nicer user document. Last movie. Yeah. So, it's it's it's formatted like this kind of. Yeah. Okay. Or we're getting there like a starting document. And people say, "Oh, the formatting. You don't have to worry about making it pretty." But you do have you do it attractive. And this people, I think, see just a vomit of words on the page and they just blank out. Yeah. You know, people are so used to visual stimulus and bullets and things that make it quick and easy to understand.

Um, so we're going to kind of get the intro stuff, intro stuff done. We're almost done with the in um inventory stuff at the back. Um and then we start holding a town waiting on the so what. So if we have these goals, how do we get there? And we looked at um what resources do we need to reach those goals, right? What what do we need from a capacity standpoint? What do we need from a financial standpoint etc. So I think there's going to be a nice structure that that will help us actually do something. That's exciting. That's very exciting. So just so you know

that's where we are. So basically all all the different cap and stuff would be in that same landscape type format bullets and yeah those are more X heavy so they may have slightly different format but would be green color grassy accent whatever that is on some bullets with the soft

um you probably should look at more work dates. Don't we don't really have that one set up. I think the one we didn't do last night. Um I'm not exactly sure whether it's coming back I think later this week. Um I cannot after a kind of slow winter think the schedule was filling up so fast. Maybe on the 26th. I don't know if it might be town candidates who are going to be on the ballot to vote for select board and planning board and other functions. School board. I don't know if it's town candidates or anybody else. That's I mean they haven't really put much information out there about that last May 6 p.m.
