The Canal Winchester City Council approved an economic development plan for the Miller Farms development, extended a moratorium on cannabis businesses, and authorized an intergovernmental agreement for the Basil Western Road improvement project. The council also discussed moving Council Connect meetings to the public library and establishing a safe zone for child custody exchanges.
