The City Council honored K9 Lucas, proclaimed March as Red Cross Month and Disability Awareness Month, and March 23-27 as Government Finance Professionals Week. They also discussed and adopted an interim ordinance regarding SB79 applicability and site exclusions, and approved the West Valley Homeless Services Feasibility Study.
