- Shred Event (October 10, 2026; 8:30 am – 12:00 p.m.):advertising (Acorn), site rental, budget needs,volunteer assignments. - 50+ Expo (September 26; 2026 10:00 am – 1:00 p.m.) - table reservation, handouts, survey, volunteer coverage. - Holiday program (CHCD): designate CCOA lead, confirm items needed, review budget, volunteers for the event. - Potential PVRPD Co-Sponsored Event: discuss partnership options and consider allocation of CCOA funds.

Senior Survey
Review current survey, distribution method, and possible revisions.
Senior Community Outreach
Discuss outreach plan for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
Resource Guide Distribution
Review and finalize the distribution plan for the Senior Resource Guide.
