Planning & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

this meeting to order it is July 8th at 6 0 6 p.m. clerk will you call the roll Harmon Larson Vance Whitbeck here unfortunately due to a lack of quorum tonight the board will not be able to hear and take action on any of the items tonight so we will have to cancel the meeting tonight and we will have to reschedule everything that's on there

We're sorry, everyone. We have to follow the rules. And this is just one of those rules that we have to do to be fair. So we thank you all for coming out. Wouldn't it be nice if it worked that way? But we do appreciate your time and thank you for coming down. We're going to have to leave that up to staff to reschedule these meetings. One of the three items had already been rescheduled at this time. So it's up to staff to discern that. And then you'll see that on the agenda coming forward.

Yeah, we'll have to re-advertise for them since they're not able to be heard tonight. And we apologize for the inconvenience. We did not know that we were not going to have a quorum tonight. So we apologize for that.

So a quorum is you have to have a majority of the board. And we currently have four board members. So we have to have at least three here to take action. And that's per Idaho statutes. So thank you so much. And this meeting has been adjourned.
