The positions of Lead Lifeguard and Lifeguard shall be eligible for additional pay
$200.00, if the employee instructs at least three (3) complete sessions of swimming lessons; and the positions shall be eligible for additional pay of $200.00, if the employee works at least ten (10) lane rental sessions; and, the positions shall be eligible for additional pay of $500.00, if the employee works more than three hundred (300) hours and completes the pool season, as a Lead Lifeguard or Lifeguard in 2026.
