Town Council - Special Meeting

Okay. Uh, today's date is November 25th. It is now 6:30 p.m. We will go ahead and open a public hearing for the Burlington Town Council. All three board members are present along with the clerk treasurer Karen. And this is just to go over uh reconcile the monthly reports. Is that guess the best way to put it? Yeah, internal controls. Internal controls would be the better way. But yes, so it's going to I will tell you it's going to be a boring meeting. So we're just going to be mainly looking at paperwork right now.

And this is the bank statement for trust Indiana. So that's the waste water. Right. So that ending balance and that balance are the same. And then this that amount

matches this amount on the fun. Where are you initially? Just on So this is the trust one the tail and this is the waste water.

Well, we glad they came back. That was pretty clear that they didn't. I know the person that we paid the bill to and that seemed to help since calling the 800. That's good.

Yeah, I noticed it was out and noticed that it wasn't much maybe a week and it was back on. Holy cow. Last year their contract where they fixed it so that it was town. Nothing.

Okay. She goes to college, too. should sell her her Purdue basketball ticket for like 250 bucks. Just tell me like who would give you one of another student that was wanting to bring a friend $250. one ticket.

Yes. The set to the student section. No, that's why I was like I wouldn't do it. But how much was it the student? Yeah. Carly got she won. She gets free passes to everything. So she sold her IU Purdue basketball ticket for $250. Okay, that was Oh, I was 24.

These are those are just um that's all credit card. So charge accounts. We had a we received a gift card through Amazon because we switched to spark light. So I've been using some of that for some town. And then those were just to look at and review some charge. We charge through roll king. This is roll king. That's financial account within ours with documentation and and as always any invoice you guys want to look at, you know, more than happy to get that information to you.
