Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance on first reading approving the annexation of the Brownwood Municipal Development District property of approximately 3.27 acres located at CC Woodson into the City limits of the City of Brownwood and approving an Annexation Services Agreement for the annexed property.

The City will not incur any financial obligation or liability in connection with this transaction, and approval is solely for purposes of compliance with federal tax law related to tax-exempt obligations.
