It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for the Meet State 2026 event to be held on Friday, August 21, from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm at South Dakota State University. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
