It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Target Ribbon Cutting to be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
