It is possible that at least four (4) City Council and five (5) Park & Recreation Advisory Board members may be present for the City of Brookings skate park ribbon cutting to be held on Monday, August 24, from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm at Dwiggins-Medary Skate Park. Though a majority of City Council or Park & Recreation Advisory Board members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1
