It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for the South Dakota State University Alumni & Foundation's Annual Celebration of Philanthropy to be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
