AB # 26-161 RCO ORLP Att-1 Resolution Recommended Action: Approve a resolution authorizing designated City staff to act as signatories for all documents required to seek funding assistance through the National Park Service Land & Water Conservation Fund – Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership grant (project 26-2004), administered by the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office for the Park at Bothell Landing Improvement Project.
Public Hearing to Consider a Street Vacation Petition for the Portion of NE 185th Street between 108th Avenue NE and 110th Avenue NE
AB # 26-162 Street Vacation PH Att-1 Ordinance Att-2 Vicinity Map Att-3 185th ROW Vacation Petition Recommended Action: Consider, through a public hearing, the street vacation petition submitted by the Board of Regents of the University of Washington for the portion of NE 185th Street between 108th Avenue NE and 110th Avenue NE. Further, Council may consider adopting an ordinance granting the street vacation.

Staff are seeking feedback on two questions: 1. Does Council support reducing the speed limit on two collector corridors in support of a Calm Collector project? 2. Does Council support staff work to analyze increased enforcement hours of cameras located at school zones with high rates of excessive speed outside of school hours?
