Good afternoon. Michael Flippo with C.V. Bossier, LLC, and I am in the process of trying to reopen the old O.L. Chico building right there at 2050 Old Minden Road. I had it as Chimmy V's and it's been a couple of tenants since we turned it off back in 22, but I think the time is right to go back in there. We love the spot. We just want to remodel it and open it as Baja Flips.

I have no questions. Well, just one question. When do you plan to open?

I'm targeting the first part of November right now.

What were your hours?

It'll be 9, or excuse me, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the week and 10 p.m. closing on Friday and Saturday.

Let's read that item please, Maddie. C-MISC-155-2026 approved 2027 Bossier City Parish Metropolitan Planning Commission budget.

Members, we have met extensively with the City Council and the Bossier Parish Police Jury Administrator to go over our budget line items and they have asked that we approve the budget and then there will be several additional meetings afterwards. There is an extensive item at the very bottom that says comp plan in UDC study with an amount of $955,000. That is money that we have already appropriated. And because the ordinance read that it had to be placed into our consultant line item, that money will be moved to our fund balance and then moved into this item so that we can expend from that. So that's not money that we're asking for. That's money that we already have. But outside of that, these are the budget numbers presented at this time. and we ask for an approval.

Okay, we have any discussion up here? Just a quick question. Carlisle, Willis, City Council, Parish, are they going to go over this in more detail?

Absolutely. We have several. I have to get it through this item in order for them to even hear it. So we have several meetings set up all the way through October.

Just new business at the end of September. half consultants will be in town and they will start conducting meetings with the general public our advisory committees our technical committees to just kick started to see what the needs are of our community and so you guys will all be invited to those meetings do you have a specific date yet when they'll be in so they will be in they'll be flying in on the 28th um the community meeting number one will be on the 29th from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bossier Central Library, and I can email all of this to you. And then community meeting number two will be on September 30th. That's a Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in South Bossier. And then the advisory committees are still, we're still setting those, advisory and technical. So what meeting is on the 29th? The Central Library from 6 to 8. Okay. Community meeting number one, and then community meeting number two will be on the 30th from 6 to 8 as well. the meantime they will also meet with the city councilman all the police jurors we will take them on a roving tour of our jurisdiction so we can show them some of the areas so they can get more familiar and we'll meet to discuss you know any other outstanding items but this will be our first one-on-one with them in our community okay anything else that's all i have in business with that i will call this meeting adjourned great job
