Questions and comments from citizens.

Citizens who have indicated their desire to speak to the City Council will be heard at this time. In compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, unless the subject matter is on the agenda, City Council members are prevented from acting on the subject and may respond only with statements of factual information or existing city policy; however, City Council members may refer the person making the comment to a staff member or request city staff to place the subject matter on the future open meeting agenda. Citizens are limited to three (3) minutes for their presentation to the City Council.

Presentation of Proclamation proclaiming April as Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month in Borger.

Consider and take appropriate action on the minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 17, 2026.

Consider and take appropriate action on the expenditures for the last half of March 2026.

Fiscal Year to Date Financials

Receive the Quarterly Investment Report for the 1st Quarter of FY 2026.

Consider and take appropriate action to amend the Notice of Election and Notice of Special Election to be conducted on May 2nd, 2026. (Una Nota de Elección para ser realizada el 2 de Mayo, 2026).
