Consider Variance No. 26-12: A request from Jason and Michelle Dilanni, requesting a variance to the City of Boerne UDC, Chapter 3, Section 5.B.1, to allow for an attached carport to encroach 21.3-feet into the required 25-foot front garage yard setback for Oak Meadows, Block 1, Lot 4, (113 Hughs Street).
