Notification of payment to those employees who have accumulated hours in excess of the FLSA maximum level for an estimated amount of $1,845,237 and approval of the appropriate budget transfers in the amount of $450,836.
Offices and departments with employees approaching the maximum FLSA limits are encouraged to take appropriate action to reduce such balances. Those offices and departments that have already exceeded the limitations have been notified that they need to immediately reduce the level of hours or pay the listed employees below the FLSA limit.
