I didn't see what else.
Yep. Thank you. Recording in progress. You can turn those off because they don't do anything. I have it coming Friday. I found my own it. I found a resource. They were um some of the people that pushed and knew this program like when this got started up were from Fortify. So, I made a phone call. They're coming over Friday. Oh, nice.
I'll be dinged if I spend any more hours in that thing in that room. Thank you. Oh, so did she go down and make a copy and you have one? Yeah.
It's cold. This was it this morning. Yesterday morning. Both mornings. All the windows, too.
My dad, I came downstairs and he's like, "Put it into the blanket." I'm like, "Sorry, Dan. You should have called me and like I would have came down and shut windows. It feels great to sleep in. Oh my gosh. Yes. Okay. Was a perfect night for farmers market. Was we have any visitors by the time you left? No.
Good. Yeah. No. When you see something on Facebook, you don't know if it's like right a trusted source. Tim had the other one.
Yeah. I don't think it is. I apparently had two. Sorry about that.
It was a hoax. Which one? It said that my phone Oh, yeah. Google it. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Discussion. Sure. Sounds good. Thank you. Oh, wasn't it you and I talking? Yep. Saying that there should be some sort of restitution paid. I did see that. Yeah.
Good. Not just a do that again, right? Do you know I suppose he can't back so torren okay it's equated plant survey only I only ask because you know the way they did this this is called meets and bounds and the way they used to do it is meets and bounds but they would put a register they didn't have like a formal deer type. Yeah. So one is on by one and one is on another they want to
but I just wondered if like older property did he push pinch pipe in survey you know when they take corners drive a new piece of pipe Right. I Well, yeah, it all matches, but Oh, the other piece is in that old No, but then I saw
then you were they're going to actually give it pin numbers with a football.
I'll just ask for time. We got here one minute. Okay. Okay. I'll call this meeting to order of the plan commission August 26th, 2025 at 6 PM. Can I have a roll call, please? Burgess here. Hannon
here. Hughes here. Kubak here. Principal here. And Reeves here. We have six. All right. Thank you. General public comments or appearances. We have none. So, we will go on to number four, which is approval of minutes. the plan commission meeting June 24th, 2025. I'll make a motion to approve the minutes. I'll second. Motion in a second. All in favor say I. I. Any opposed?
Motion passes. On to number five, which is the minor subdivision request from Scott and Cindy's Cindy Steinbrink and Robert Marovski for 150 Mckitrich Street and 623 Southwest Seresco Street. parcels number 206-01745-0200 and 206-1745-0400. Um, and then recommendation is authorize the staff to endorse the approval of the proposed modifications for two respective lots known as 150 Mkhitri Street and 623 Southwest approving the draft CSM is submitted. So Tim, what do you got for us? All right. So, this was going from the uh the change that you can see here is from 623 Southwest Soresco Street, the Marovski property. U they had the portion that's dashed above to the north of what's the current lot one that they be they've just come to an agreement with the 150 Mckitrich to add that down to their property giving them the standard lot shape. So, um I mean, as I recall from conversations with him, they brought up the idea that this would give them some flexibility if they wanted to add some accessory building. Otherwise, it's just going to function residentially as it has. Otherwise, if anybody has any questions, concerns, try to lay it out here.
Yeah, Tim, I do. You know, on this survey map, they have lot one, lot two. Is there going to be any egress digress to lot two or is it going to be landlocked? Oh, no. Lot two is going to it'll still be against Southwest there with the frontage that's existing.
Oh, okay. I gotcha. on the certified survey map. Okay. All right. Yeah. So, the H that is a little strange, but yeah, the um I guess that they just Not sure why they have the dashed lines for lot two. That must have been when this was originally platted. legal description here. Yeah, this is making changes to pre-existing certified survey map that had lots. So, it's what I can say is that they're essentially amending lot one to be the standard shaped lot and lot two is going to be the Oh, it's already ex everything that's existing except for what's going to lot one on the northern about third of what would be the new lot.
So, I just want to make sure that I'm understanding this right. So, these are two different lots owned by two different people. Yes. And they want to combine it as one. Uh they want to just transfer property from one to the other. These were already recorded as certified survey maps. So, so this used to be a part of theirs. Yes. And now they're giving it to them to be part of Yes. Okay. Show me that again. So this section used to be there. If you look on this Yeah. or the colored one. Well, I don't know if that'll really show it, but see it used to be T-shaped.
So they're just making it a big rectangle instead. Oh, this would go all the way up. Yes. Okay. So, from where that red line goes up that to be part of his Yeah. Okay. Yep. Did you catch that or
So, this T, it's easier to see on my See how this Can you see that? Okay. This is connect. So this little T portion that's over here is just be one. Oh yeah, I got it. Y this one will be L-shaped and this one will just be extend. So this is just going to extend up here. Perfect. This red line is going to connect right here. So one big long rectangle. Cool.
Makes way more sense. I just I thought they were combining both properties. I that was not clear to me. So, thank you for that. Does anybody else have any questions? Any other questions?
And just for clarification, Tim, everything will still be conforming with all lots setbacks and all that kind of thing. Oh, yep. Yep. Sorry. Yeah, that like I was saying that's and I went into detail on the report here, but yeah, everything uh checks as far as that all goes. It's actually I believe they might be taking lot one from kind of substandard to standard. So that's good. Essentially best practices. There's nothing about this that um I would have any sort of apprehension about. Got it. Okay. And it came in as a joint request from both property owners.
Yes. Yep. Both of them have been in contact with me about this. I don't know what sort of I mean, yeah, there are details that I don't need to know, but they're both good to go. Very much agreeable. Yes, absolutely, Jesse. They both signed. Okay. All right. Is anybody would anybody like to make a motion?
I recommend that we endorse the approval of the proposed modification for the two respective lots known as 150 Mkhitrich Street and 623 Southwest Seresco Street. I'll second Motion and a second. All in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Is this sending this on to common counsel? Does this have to go to No, this is it's just authorizing signature. Okay.
Usually the surveyor's been here, so the signature happens almost immediately. But uh Okay. Yeah, I'll contact them and get that. I'll they'll gladly take care of that.
Okay. All righty. Then on to number six, old business. Does anybody have anything for old business? Seven, new business. So, I'm going to just mention here, um, I don't remember if it's what I was alluding to in the email when I sent out the packet, but there was, uh, the developer of Canel Street, uh, duplexes was looking to, uh, do zero lot line duplexes, which would involve essentially quite a few certified survey maps. U looking to bring a, I'd say, a ordinance amendment, a proposal this next month. So just so you all are aware that doesn't come as a surprise.
Okay. All right. Anybody else for new business? Our number eight, our next meeting is September 30th, 2025. Um Terry, are we are we going to have issues with us? It's going to be a real bummer. So um the next meeting is the last farmers market night. that is all hands on deck and Terry and I are at thereation and yeah we we leaves farmers market nights to come to these meetings um I don't know
and I don't know that we can postpone it but if some if Terry and I are both gone there's only four people left so September is the kickoff for the comprehensive plan as well correct Tim Y um wondering would the council be opposed to perhaps moving it back an hour to a seven. I mean, are is it usually concludes around seven or no? So, we just go to the market. We don't clean up. We just go there for the fun stuff and leave the clean up for the rest of the crew.
I'm just trying to throw it in potential. I don't know if that works for the other commissioners, but um this this next meeting with it being the kickoff to the comprehensive plan, I think as many of you being available um as possible would be really good. Or is that October? I'm sorry, Tim. Am I speaking out of turn? No, I think it is still September unless something's changed. Okay. I'd have to double check. It could be October, but um even so, um would if it isn't even our commissioner, I mean, we would definitely have to put special time note that on the agenda and get that out to everybody, but would people be opposed to going at 7 instead of six on the 30th? It's fine. Is everybody okay with that?
Okay. Okay. 7 o'clock on the 30th. Okay. All right. And then number nine, adjourn. Anybody have a motion? I'll second. All in favor? Oh, she said. All in favor say I. Any opposed? Meeting adjourned. I'm glad that was a quick one because now you Well, no, I didn't get to go to the bathroom.
I did that before. Yeah. No, go for it. Yep. Have fun. I'm I left the farmers market. I was like, I'm not going back to Good for you. Yeah, I I told them I wouldn't be back either. I was too in the morning and
