I'm honored to be walking in a new chapter of Center Search that has been struggling for years, working pews on great deals, working systems, and on our first Sunday, before the new chapter can even impact, about to launch. What we are discussing here is that the life problem began the day this black woman walked through the door. Chief Steward is consulting my team, or whatever the number that social media wants to keep putting out there, if you can figure it out. Chief Steward, like, he wants to watch people serving during the night. So she is consulting that number. She is trying to recoup it from broadcast. to pass down technical college to establish entry-level lateral recruitment, schedule additional testing opportunities, attend regional career fairs, develop a recruitment video, and involve the police union in firing certified officers. And so while the long-term recruitment continues, and Lydia's coverage has not been ignored, she's here to tell you about how the Senate's office is also an important stage that has had every recent uproar. It's closed to 7 a.m. tonight. Also, check that to work. To check. And not long-term public safety. That's what we said. We respond to your advices. At the same time, Chief Steward is working to strengthen community policing, building relationships, increasing the department's focus in the community, and helping residents better understand the work of their police department. So why are we talking more about what people say Chief Steward is called? Why are we talking more about what Chief Special and Chief Steward is called, rather than what she's actually doing? Now, the Council launched another analysis of a police department. Our board has already commissioned an independent assessment to identify problems with leadership, supervision, and accountability, communication, accountability, or informants or policemen. So the community deserves to know, why are there no policies now? What comes of the fight is what the crazy is for. Their recommendations are overwhelming, but we're ignored. Some of this new analysis is done in the Department of Non-Standard Systems, while continually focusing on Sheet School. Do not handle our broken institution, and not only defining the resources to rebuild it, and then blame that because it was already broken. Affirmability, but from the standpoint of context, is not affirmability, it's straight down. I'll tell some members, if you build this, if you actually speed on the Sheet School, then you have to pay attention to the entire institution. safety, its cultural system, and all the decisions that created this crisis before she arrived. My neighbor's son who has almost been hit by a car really bad accident. The police said they saw the people that live on the corner of Lenox and Division and I listened to the camera going into it. The resident that lives in that area was also called the police for speeding on Portland and Division. There are black tire marks and they refer to things in the back of Lenox where they went. The city has pledged to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for $1.8 million, or $1.8 million. or where you can work through. Our current platform consists of referring, feeding, and helping through the social media. The application for learning is a first step of trying to make sure that the students that are learning prior to or after school in practical lessons, skills, and motion, not the future in their lives at all, but for that kind of consideration, how to make a connection, bring in and reschedule, meeting who requires an application to be secure, and how to integrate the program. The total family requests that we're working with is 1,974,648. Approximately 1.4 million of that will be made for us as a region, and about 200,000 are social health and wellness activities. The required research was 10 percent, but so many of our clients and our key clients are originally black, so we didn't have with children under 3, which is 6.5% of the grade. We're in coordination with Radicals and Redacted with health and health assistance and Advocacy for Redacted. Our total public health is 1.5% of the whole portion of the grade, in coordination with the Children's Health Innovation Program. So if you've noticed, so the building we have here, we're going to have to re-build starting we need to find ways to also find ways to take a way down mitigation. And those include inclusion, asthma, therapy tickets, indoor air quality, poor ventilation. We can use the funding to look at people, like, quote, unquote, things that made the college such a fun place, and the fun that I enjoyed here. Our health and safety rating company gave us the world's first funding, funding two, but we also received funding from the public health website, so this is a great opportunity for the city. We have about 15,500 total health events in the city of Newark, and about 2,000 of them are pre-1978. So about 4,200 units of that $20,000. teachers who have learned in those fields. The ones with the class of late, 2,800-week program that are only six years old in the city, and 119 schools where I've been in, and it's worth 2,000 to 2,000 to 3,000. And I do have a breakdown of some of the schools. The individual received a request from Globalist, 19th and 51st Frontage Street, to help us website the process of manufacturing and industry, to help prevent future traffic crashes. According to the resident, many vehicles failed to yield to the right of way, and the police have been willing to do our best. The crash investigation of the past five years will reveal zero crashes in this intersection. For the last 10 years, there have been one crash, fail to do that. Sanctuary municipalities are required to follow the discussion on the KCV, which is the Mayhem of Uniform Trafficking for All Places, and that state statute that requires that you have 349 bankrolls for construction. The NUTP says for dangers that shall, which is required to, be followed, guidance that shall, which is recommended to be followed, and options that may be either required or recommended to be followed. The NUTCD states that the least restrictive traffic control measure will provide the appropriate levels of safety and efficiency should be used for non-technology interactions. The priority from those five consists of no interception control, followed by yield control, then stop control in one direction, and finally stop control in all directions. The NUTCU states that no intersection can be safely utilized at intersections based on engineering characteristics. The engineer may consider, among other factors, whether the combined vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian volume entering the intersection averages less than 1,000 This interception was slightly below this threshold when we did a count on August 27th, but we do anticipate it to be above the 5,000-per-day cost of this interception. This is a newer command for the interception. The NADCB states that yield control should be considered when the experience management indicates that all of several classified conditions exist. At this period of action, all of these conditions exist. for changing from no interception to sort of a yield control so that the two or more reported crashes were done properly. Again, there have been zero crashes in this intersection in the last 12 months. The last crash was in 2020. The NETCD states that library road stop control should be considered when engineering conflict indicates that one or more of the following should work. A restricted view incident that requires road users to stop in order to adequately avoid conflicting traffic on Blue Street. Track records indicate that there have been three or more reported crashes in the 12-month period or six or more crashes in the 46-month period. These crashes could be susceptible to And then the intersection for the lower functional classification with the higher functional classification. Any of these could be addressed. And for the NUTPD states that yield or stock control shall not be used for speed control. NUTPDs then explain that the appropriate traffic timing or other speed control measures are available for vehicle speed, such as those that do not have a traffic control the effectiveness of traffic control devices when used after a specified purpose or plan. The list was originally taken to traffic review committee that is the recommendation to install yield signs. The second review committee that wanted to do yield signs, they put in stock signs as requested by the resident. So this is an ordinance for stock signs with a engineering recommendation to reject this ordinance because it was an alternate one for yield funds. There was a vote of 5-1 traffic for this meeting and 1-0 for the City Engineering Act. So under recommendations, the City Engineering recommends approval of a modified ordinance for yield funds installed in Atlantic Camp My opinion, judging, is that this infection is in a bit of a gray area between having no intersection control, yield control, but efflorescence without support, without even thought control. Traffic violence support, yield control, but there is no track history that supports this issue of the ability to do intersection. With anticipation of more than 1,000 vehicles per day, 1,000 foresight, and no reported crashes since 2018, We approximately have about 3.1 million vehicles that travel through this intersection with zero crashes. The city has a very recommended yield sign, justified by the fact that there are two roadways that have a clear difference in functions, as Ritzer is a free street that's closer in to science and collector, while Leavitt is a very minor road that only extends to road. In this situation, drivers on the more major road could reasonably assume that the minor road had to do with them, and the city and community would support rejecting the ordinance leaving intersection areas with no control since it is possible that the road can finish this year. A city engineer does not support the installation of stop signs because it is a judgment. Stop control is not needed to provide an appropriate level of safety, and stop signs are being requested when they need to control speed. The MTCD specifically says stop signs shall not be used to stop. Stop signs are installed to control speed. When signs are installed where they shouldn't be, it tends for the driver to ignore them, not only in that location, but also in others. So, my recommendation is fully in line with the CDH here, which will be back in our names with apps on, and so it's going to be with Americans who are dealing with control. Okay, thank you. So, the plan was to make sure that we were able to protect the area as well as we could, and we were able to get a lot of coverage, but that's a lot. So, the plan for that was to make sure that we were able to get some coverage to the staff and we need to take steps on it, and I just want to get the weight of this in front of us, so we wouldn't be looking at crash history. is that we let go of our jobs so that they can choose not to violate, not to accuse us, but violate the state. So I've always thought about how I can say things in this way. If we follow that, we can see that it takes away a lot of our liability for crashes that happen in our cities. I'll give you the data for our engineering department. Not for the graphic house? The graphic house, we don't do it. Okay. And you can definitely third-party do the graphic study. It costs about $7,000 to $10,000 to do the graphic study. Okay. Thank you. How often do we grant requests for staff funds that is non-granting, which means the efficiency rates are going to go down? I don't know if there's been any in remote communities where we've had situations where we've gone forward to reduce those funds for long-term study, but we're trying to continue to go with our recommendations. There'll be a request for evidence for some time, and we see it, and I say in judgment, that we don't want it, and we don't even want it. Because this one came forward because we, you know, in our opinion, it didn't meet the requirements for any of them. We don't have a review committee wanting to put the argument for two in the front, not what we were doing on the general representation of it. Okay, that's our different one. because they don't think they're going to give people the flow that they need. There were, I believe there were three or four residents, some of them actually contained a 12-acre review committee, and maybe I should have talked about it. There were five of us on the road, and there were some of us in the intersection. It's, we're asking if there are stop signs. And as the procedure starts to travel, I'm going to use the speed map. The RIAS project, at least as a whole, later this month, when we were at Stoke-on-Ireland, we won. We're now working on two groups that we're working on. We're working on a variant in the sense that we're going to start working on a group that's going to go forward. The proposed timeline for the five-hour talk is a little bit different, but we're working on a project that we're working on with three of the projects. But we've progressed in that direction, in the sense that the community has been able to be more faithful with what these students get to do at school. And we're now meeting a team of health care nurses who are going to be working with everyone with a state-of-the-art service. And we're going to have a lot of information about what we're going to be doing off-campus in that particular time. And we're going to have a lot of information about what that actually looks like in terms of what we're going to be doing off-campus. and I haven't taken very far in this process, but it doesn't mean the way it's going to work. Now, we've done the nine projects that we So those are things that I'm just going to outline and highlight, and then I'm going to talk to you guys about doing it. It's got a lot of different ways of doing it, and I'm just going to talk to you guys about doing it. And so here's a summary picture of different things we're going to do. To the right, we're going to look at the side, and the east side, we're going to look at the building building. This will be the two main buildings. It would be important in itself, in this particular case, for the military to work with the A.W. to try to answer some of the other questions that were brought in from the United States, the U.S. Department of Commerce and State. It's going to build upon that assessment of where in the country we are and how we are going to respond to that. It also preserves the movement of the community downstairs different sorts of regulations and statuses and all sorts of things. We're not catching that information as far as we're going to be talking about in our focused areas, but we're going to be doing that in a couple of summers. And again, we just want to make sure that we have some of the nice things that we're going to be talking about in the new campuses. I'm sorry, I'm thinking of an addition to the program, but I'm pretty sure that we're going to be talking about that at the Q&A as well. So before we end, a quick point for your consideration. a big addition to incorporating these kinds of components into the expansion of your integration to further your effect evaluation for the quality of the stuff. And we've been looking at the program, and we've been working with our staff to do things, serving, and also doing a bunch of access pumping, and we've been looking at what we're going to be doing with our design components, and how we're going to use them, and how we're going to make sure that we're going to be able to go down to the office facilities out there. for the community and the city as a whole. We're really overshadowing what we're trying to do. Respond to and engage in the work the city has gone through to contribute to the security and the to make sure the climate change system is built to prevent the erosion and avoids the land acquisition and demolition process that we've had. Item 12 is a report from Board of Trustees Officers, 12th Amendment of the Declaration of Resolution No. 226, page 121, Declaring an Abundance of Understanding school district employees for the school resource officer program for the 2026-2027 school year. So I want you to tell us a little bit more about the case-based and how you think about the staff in those roles and the consideration for the reporting and commissioning that's going to go out to the other departments and the people that are going to take care of it. So this new agreement is a new process. It presents some prior learning benefits. It's a budget agreement. And the party makes one issue with that. With that process, we're going to do a written agreement. It provides for three service officers. I was thinking about the thing that had been released too early this year regarding the case on the court of law. So we understood that the disorder that we're facing from financial custodians and superintendents in the state of New York City, which is a private case, we had seen that was followed by the court of law to make sure that the case was on the court of law. That triggered the city to approach us with a one-year restructuring to make sure that to make it very safe. And that's what the school district superintendent did. And so we've had a really good environment for funding, and we've had plenty of funds in the program. This is not the place that schools are going to be able to take up opportunities. And I think that this is one of the things that we've talked about. We've talked about that our students can never stop and get to where they're going to go long-term. And I think that's something that the district department has been responding to. And I think that's something and actually just working with the school center relation to the principal to which the school is responsible. And we're going to tell you about some of the reports that are in there. One of the primary things that is important is the responsibility. As school employees, let's report criminal activity and criminal issues that are not one of the main problems that we're having. So we're probably gazing at some of those important things which is a lot of value to the group and to the board of directors. But also not to go further than that communication with the school district is going to be a very important part of the development. One of the key other things which we're trying to reflect on is the resolution of the government. The school district raised concerns about the latest online performance summit residing with the police chief for the new it's in an independent public meeting for that matter. The contract will be released monthly after a minimum period of time. We've got a CDN on that as soon as we can get it out to the public. If you can't get it to the public yet, hold on for it. We're going to start a step-up on the CDN before we can get it to the public. But we're not going to be able to do that. We're going to have to wait for the contract to be done. There's a number of things we're going to have to worry about. The removal rate factor is going to be a solid one. Now, there will be a municipal code. city-country, but maybe a lot of places in this particular area. Part of the reason why I came back is that, you know, recently I've been reading a lot of articles in the New York Times, which is very important, from the very beginning, to the very beginning, to the very end, to the very end, to the very end, to the very end, to the very end, to the very end, to the very end, to the very end, to the very end, to the very end, to the very end, to the very The notice, again, requested the officer to release Mr. Farrell, but the contract was rejected by the police before the fact, and the officer was instead reassigned in the hospital to be released. The officer accepted the release, and then he was rejected by the department, as well as a separate administrative officer, and the officer was released to the office, so that the family could be out and about there are a lot of police chiefs who have worked with us. They don't discuss the solution, but they know we are a class that needs to be in. And I'm glad for us to say that we've done it. And as I'll confirm, it could not be an activity that you have to do. So that is really going to have a gap in the power of the money world. And we're going to need to find a way to make a process that would support us to get to this department. So if you know we want to do this, we're going to get to some other concern. And that's the message we want to highlight with the fire I think that's what I was going to talk about, but just in a very specific way. The Office of Emergency, they've done a lot of things. They've given us three different plans. There's various programs. There's groups to suppress the number of people making the program. You know, in 2013, they were trying to identify for the police, but the police were in a personal part of the place. So there's also the answer in all of the stories that's going on, and I hope that you can see the fortes of the program, and all kinds of things that are articulated from the program that's going on. There is a component with the design of the program, but it doesn't have to be provided. There's fortes of math about those, and if there is something that needs to be done, that's not going to be put on the program, but the program can do it as a whole. And so it's provided only a 10-year program, It's meant to be required to work with the general public to get things done. City officials are going to make a call to the mayor, and the mayor gets in touch with the police department and the school district now to make a call to the mayor and tell the police that they're going to have a local police delegation at 4.7 o'clock in the morning from the Corcoran Police Department. For the four years the rest of this year, we've just been working with the police department and the school district now to make a call to the police department to authorize the city of Corcoran So if there's an ocean, which is right next to me, I'm going to push the button. And I guess what I would show as the application is that you could remove an SOA from the law. But that person should set up an assistant on the news. They're not going to do something like that. You're going to have a standard disciplinary process that the officers go through. So how do you evade when they work in? And the shoot was off the wall. What kind of shooting was that off the wall? Thank you. with the policy itself. So there are alternate ways for the employer to enter if there was no agreement with the committee for the management of the policy. But the policy alone does not have the right or authority to make this acknowledgement. That's the only route that they can go if there are conflicts and The agreement, the provision in the agreement was meant to adopt a rule in which the person was not in either a public or a civil position in the world under the government. So I don't foresee that this provision, which I feel this is already agreed to, being a barrier for making sure that the appropriate actions are taken. And dealing with the problem itself, I think they get a little more communication and more opportunity I think, I mean, it seems conforming to our individual experience that we've had over the last six months is that there are a number of circumstances where the SROs were called off-duty or where some school discipline employees were located close to them and did not call the police department at all. So we're just trying to clarify that there's a few signs and anything that is illegal that they found since the police deposed them. Sometimes the SROs are available. They might be on vacation. It is an effort to make sure that these programs are implemented and that we have a record of what's going on in our prevention, ABA, and the communication process when we talk about it. I also want to thank the two that want to have this access. We asked anybody to allow us to work in food, to let us out, and we took the president to call the police and the police community. We had a contract with that client, and that was signed. It's very sad that we could have to file it to the police and the police community, but the issue was very central to us. all values in the technology process, including it could be somebody who's a student. It could be somebody that has worked at the school and worked at a school that uses a computer program. And so that's my key component. That's what I feel that I need to say. The contracting staff while off-duty or contracting staff while on duty and reporting it, can we also recognize where would that be at, at me as a client, for example, in the city of Deloitte? There would be questions that I would wonder if we can ask. And then just making sure that we also do our due diligence on both sides. So the difference, for example, would be, you know, for example, if you can't take a picture of your complicated background, if you were able to go take a picture of the background and, well, you just, before you become aware of what you're going to have to make, you're going to have to put a cover on your face. Right. So they don't have to call the police or anything so they wouldn't see anything, or they'll be provided with some information. So there's nothing called any criminal offense. So it's pretty simple. And it seems like they're making, you know, in the practical court, we call them police, What I want to say to my colleagues today is that there's lots of them, and I know that we're not going to call them the first one in the hall, but I want to say to them, what they're all doing is doing something, and I think that that is they're going to be able to do that. Staff has got to be able to call somebody, and that's what they're talking about. Or a guy can get to the office and tell you about the issues and something else that you're trying to do here. Or, if I don't get to here, we need to get a discussion. That's never required. And maybe I'm reading it wrong, but that's the way I'm thinking it. Councilwoman, are you concerned that this is creating an additional vulnerability for all the people who need to report crimes? Yes, absolutely. I don't need to report the crimes. Okay. So, if that's the main object of the main cause for the crime. So, at home, if they receive a criminal should go home? I think you can take this argument to an extreme. You know, every time a citizen goes anywhere to see a crime committed anywhere, the state's agreement to involve the experiment will have an obligation to report that. That's not going to be considered a criminal offense. they're not anything that's going to change the communication. So I can certainly work with the school district if they also share that perception, but that's not the intent of what this agreement covers. And so if the school district is going to be at work and observe the time, we want them to be reporting that the SRO is working on a scholarship employee or a co-learning one, you know, most of the time. But it's not intended to create like a mandatory reporting responsibility to I think we can reach the agreement in full and assess the goals of what that agreement is. So I understand with an isolation, perhaps, that might be an inquiry. But it's open and productive. And so if you are concerned that the council is concerned, we can certainly work with the school district on doing that right now. I have a quick follow-up. Thank you. Oh, yeah. Let's see if we have time for questions for that widget. require a bit of a delay before the agreement is going through, I think that we can certainly maybe look at the new amendments, if the new amendments are going on, if it were to execute at the same time, at the same time. And if I just wanted to say that I really want somebody to appreciate the documentation that I've gotten from the past, and there's a lot of comments around because we're saying that we're doing that in the language of Canada, but we're going to put it in the language of the rest of the country, and we're going to have to do some tweaks to the language of the business, so we're going to find out how to do that later. Right. You can adapt the media, right, and that's another key thing. And it's another thing that we can reach out to the public and see what the position is on the language that the public requires the amendment for the right to consent in the election. So we've written an amendment this year. I think that my most biggest fear is the fact that we don't have enough resources. We don't have enough resources to get into situations And the way the study happened was to, like, prove their hearing was, or their hearing was confirmed. And they found a kind of misdemeanor based on a number of reasons. And they took some of that information with them, and they put it in front of them, and they put it in front of them. So that's it. know that they will be supported if they report something that they want to report. This is their kind of thing that they're saying. You don't want to report something to the teachers. I don't think it's possible, a problem. I think it's supported. But do you think that's what the school is against? I understand. I don't know if they don't need to do it because if I have a kid doing it, what is going on in the school? I've walked away from it. I've walked away from it. I've walked away from it. I walk away from it. I walk away from it. And I think that they should come back to it. I believe in that. That's not what I wanted to do there. I think that if you see something that's practical that you're not getting out of school, then that you need to find. And I think we're taking this way in another direction. We don't need to do that. I feel the same thing. I feel the same thing. But we're taking this in a way that we don't need to come back to. We're going to get to home on time. We're going to get to work. We're going to get up to bed. We're going to get to work. We're going to get to be sleeping. We're going to get to work. But we all understand. So, we have a discussion.
