We didn't start in the 1800s, but we still have a excellent track record of the community and um we are so excited to celebrate this because our work usually in a community behind the scenes our job enjoy this is our opportunity to sign a little bit of what our administration and highlight. now here is res. Good evening president. I appreciate the opportunity to get the annual report of the landmarks commission. Uh this is for years of the commission and the work of our commission prior year. All right. So the purpose of this report is what an ordinance we're required to about this time each year and in 2025 commission to 12 times throughout the year of the activities commission currently made up of seven we're allowed to members currently sered in October for those appreciate our community. In particular, I want to thank Lambert who commission property owners commission for approval. In addition to the commission, we also have a site visit subcommittee which is comprised of members of the commission and members of public. And the other thing I'd like to commission me so we

do here is really the The bread and butter of what we deal with at commission is we call application specific deals with any alterations of building the things people can apply for your roof sidewalk. driveways and windows just some of the things that can do that. This application is what we provide to public focus on the exterior of the home and the property of the anything home obviously building permits to go through that process but that falls out or what people are always surprised to know this but we remind people that we have four historic districts park being the largest properties small and mighty districts and then the Milwaukee Road resistance all these properties are tax credits.

In addition to four districts, we have 46 individually listed charitable foundation. We're not here, but we're property landmark here in the city. 47. So this is breakdown 2025. We had a 25% increase last year 40% by step. So the majority of workers not project and here's a lot of players a lot a few other commission likely work very well together. We operate pretty efficient and we really appreciate learning about project. That being said, I'll just wrap up with

the notable project that we dealt with in 2025. building the last few months restoration that building on the residential side project that's wrapping up church campus and then 16. I would say these two projects in particular position a lot of work in the last two years. So commission all the properties that come to us through that process through our community.
