City Council - Regular Meeting

The City Council approved the agenda and consent calendar, which included awarding a bid for the City Hall tenant improvement project and authorizing a contract for portable toilets and hand-washing stations in city parks. The Council also held a public hearing and approved the release of a sidewalk and utility easement. Additionally, the Council adopted two ordinances related to housing opportunities in mixed-use areas and discussed the Sound Transit update and a proposed land use code amendment for public-private partnerships.
