The City Council approved two proclamations, one for the Day of Nowruz and another for the 25th Anniversary of the International Ballet Theatre and Academy. The Council also discussed and approved adding two comprehensive plan amendments to the 2026 work program: a transportation conformance CPA and the privately initiated Evans Plaza CPA. Additionally, the Council received an update on a proposed pre-approved plans program for detached accessory dwelling units and cottage housing, and a proposal to simplify the square footage tax and move to an annual business license renewal program.
