Oral Communications

The total time allowed for Oral Communications shall not exceed 30 minutes. People wishing to speak will be called to speak in the order in which they signed in. Speakers will be allowed to speak for three minutes. Additional time will not be allowed unless the Chair or a majority of the Commission allows additional time. Speakers may register beginning at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the Arts Commission meeting using the online link below.
