Motion to approve the amendment of PD-09 and PD-10 to include new six-story office plaza building and parking garage, with four conditions; 1. Pertaining to traffic control, making the Bissonet entrance an exit right in and right out driveway; 2. No charge for parking for patrons of the building; 3. Planned development must comply with the new tree ordinances; 4. Planned development must comply with the site and elevations provided with the applications, including the beautification elements. The Commission also approved a letter of recommendation to the City Council, formalizing their recommendation of the application.
