We have request of approval of appraisals for the water department consisting of real estate, property, production, and infrastructure. So on this agreement, we have three appraisals that have to be done. We have one appraisal that we have Bane Engineering listed for $27,180. The second appraisal is from Wesler Engineering for 25,000. Then we also have to have a land appraiser involved which is FIG appraisal group for 18,000. These are the terms referenced to getting the appraisals as stated for the above for the water department as far as to the production facilities, infrastructure and the property. So I would for a total of $70,180 and then later we will discuss an

agreement with Indiana water that they will reimburse us for this amount in reference to the expenses. So are there any questions? No, I would entertain a motion. I make a motion to approve the three uh agreements for appraisals banning engineering, Wesler Engineering, and FIG Appraisal Group in the total amount of $70,180 subject to the payment of uh American Water uh for the fees for that.
