Good evening again. Well, this is another LPA agreement that we are going to be reviewing again here this same night.

This is for the Camper Road sidewalks, which, as Mr. Littrell just pointed out, has sidewalks on both sides. The general location for this is between North Fairfield and Haynes Road. That would be the general location right there. You can see where the sidewalks end, just to the east of North Fairfield Road. And then we have a sidewalk to the east along the school, but this will complete the entire corridor. So with this, the description of the project for this will have a five-foot sidewalk along the north or south of the road, sorry, and a 10-foot side road along the north side of Kemper Road. Once again, these will be the requirements for the fulfillment of the Hada. Kemper Road will also be expanded to three lanes. There is a small section from the west of Crabtree to the east of Woodinger Park that now has two lanes, so we will expand that section to three lanes so that it coincides with everything else around it. This also includes curbs and dunes and will include rainwater in the entire project. A little bit of history about this one too, more or less the same as the last one, since it was done more or less at the same time. Chapeau. CEMAC fund for mitigation of air quality congestion in 2022 through MWRPC. Once again, this was approved by MWRPC and the state committee CEMAC in 2023. This is part of the long-term plan of MWRPC. This has a 50-50 division for the federal and local government. The total estimate of the project is 2.01 million and then 11,500,800 for the division of both. For those who do not have labor income according to the IRS guidelines, but if they have properties, these people, like many retirees, my parents here in the city will receive a 10% discount on the property tax And nothing, nothing on the side of the income tax. We have a group of people here in the city who have income but do not earn or own properties. These are people who rent. In fact, we are asking them to contribute for the first time here in Beaver Creek. And then we listen to many people who have income and own properties here in the city. Many with income over $200,000, which would be equivalent to about $2,000 in income.
