All right. And if we may stand uh for the prayer and for the pledge of allegiance. Gracious and loving God, we pause at the beginning of this meeting with grateful hearts for the privilege to serve the people of Bulmont. We thank you for this community and for the rich history this community has. We thank you for entrusting us with uh this decision and the other decisions as the city council. We pray that we can be uh our minds open and receive information as we go through this important process, begin this process of looking for a new city manager for our city. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen. And do we have any public comments? This is a first. And now we'll uh we're going to have executive session to consider matters related to the employment of a public officer in accordance with section 551.074. 074 of the government code to wit specifically Kenneth Williams city manager uh deliberate the appointment and employment and duties of the city manager position in accordance with section 551.074 074 of the government code personnel matters. And with that, we will recess into executive session.
