City Council - Special Meeting

All right, the time is 7 p.m., July 6th. I call this meeting of the Battleground City Council to order, and I'll rise for the Pledge of Allegiance.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

All right, Liz, if you could please call the roll.

And Council Member Ferrer is absent this evening at this time. The city clerk is present. That concludes the roll. Thank you, Liz.

We want to entertain a motion. Motion to excuse Council Member Ferrer from tonight's meeting.

That is outside of what is on the agenda. That will have to be done at the July 20th meeting.

Or it's a special meeting. Thank you this. All right we will move into executive session. Pursuant to our CW 42 dot 3 0 dot 1, 1, 0, 1, G. The City Council will enter an executive session to review the performance of a week. The session will last one hour commencing at 7, 0, 1, and ending at 8, 0, 1, with no action to follow.

We would like to extend the executive session and additional 20 minutes that'll go till 821. Thank you. All right, the time is 8.21 p.m., and we call the special meeting of the City of Battleground Council back to order. There is no action. The next meeting, regular City Council meeting, will be held Monday, July 20th at 7 p.m. with a budget committee meeting scheduled at 6 p.m. in lieu of a study session. And this meeting is adjourned at 8.21 p.m.
