here. [Music] All right. Old business update on road agreement with Woodlon subdivision.

9:55 – 10:490

Uh just wanted to give you a quick update. Uh last month, I believe you all got to meet Brady Sanford. He he gave you some information regarding uh his request or proposal to upgrade the roads in the Woodlon subdivision proposal. Uh council discussed that in executive session. Uh there's some back and forth that's going on. So, uh the the uh attorney has prepared that document. It would have to get council approval and then come back to the planning commission for y'all to sign off. So, uh, that goes back to y'all's, uh, stipulations that were placed on that was to have the roads approved to the county specs to be transferred and have that agreement between the town and the developer. So, uh, that's where it is. Uh, we had that executive session last week. It all runs together and then we'll have it on the agenda for October as well.

10:48 – 11:320

So, hopefully we'll have something for you next month. All right. New business. Our first uh first of the new business a is a request from Francis Gant Miller to annex property at 408 Town Pond that is TMS 0071000-06-23 and it's consisting of 2 acres. The petition requests that the property have a zoning of R1 which is single family residential. Any recommendations? Any discussion? Make a motion to approve.

11:30 – 11:480

I second. Let's call a vote. District two votes yes. Yes. Six votes yes. Eight votes yes

11:44 – 12:200

and one votes yes. B, which um we will not be taking up item B under new business. Um there are a few more things that were needed that are missing, so we will not consider it at this time. It'll just be brought back up in the future. C is a request from Christopher Yika. Did I say that right?

12:17 – 13:160

Yes. Thank you. Padet Burgess to reszone four parcels of property located at 449, 450, 452 Duncan Street and Saluda County. It is TMS number 183138 [Music] from R1 to single family residential to R1A single family and manufactured housing residential. Um and that includes Saluda County TMS 1831020183-1020193104 02 and 183-11-3-8. Do we have any recommendations? Did you read the second one as far as being included? Didn't you say there were four parcels? Now there are only three.

13:16 – 13:470

Yes. Yes. That's right. So that's not included on this. All right. Thank you. Do we have any any discussion? You want to do you want to ask any questions? Is there any questions? No. I've had my questions asked. Riley, do you have any questions? No. Okay. M limit, do you have any questions?

13:44 – 14:290

No, not at this time. No. I make a motion that we uh go ahead and vote on accepting um the reszoning of this property at 452 and including 459 and also TMS number 18 1103008 which is the the bigger portion which is 5.96 acres. um and go ahead and give it the approval of the R1A designation. Do we have a second? Second. All right, let's call a vote.

14:26 – 15:080

Just for clarity, not 459, but 450 450 452 and then the correct CMS number. Correct. You want to say it one more time then? Just want to make sure it's clear on there. So the the request is uh to reszone 450 Duncan Street uh 452 Duncan Street and then the Sluda County TMS number 18311 03008 but it would include 452 that's the making the request. Yes, 452 is making the request. So 452 450 and then that property that does not have an address is the TMS number. Thank you. All right there second.

15:06 – 15:370

Definitely still a second. All right, call to the vote. District two votes yes at large votes yes. District six votes yes and district 8 votes yes and district one votes yes. All right, that concludes everything that's on our business. Um and so it's time for an adjournment. Do we have a vote to approve and adjurnn? Yes, I make a motion to adjurnn. I second.

15:35 – 15:570

Okay, adjournment then. Any recommendation? Well, excuse me. I'm sorry. Anyone? Oh, never mind. I'll pass on that one. Okay, that's it then. We thank everybody that came in this evening. We appreciate that you're all here. We hope that y'all have a nice evening.
