Well, I guess basically what we're here, we open it up as a question if anybody had questions about anything. Basically, it's just a question. If somebody has a question about what's going on or they've heard something about this or that, I would encourage you to come up to the mic and speak. That's really what this is. We've been there 35 years or so. We're right in the drainage area for Hacker's Ditch. Hacker's is overwhelmed, as you probably know already. The development's going in. I'm concerned of where that water's gonna go. I know the development going in on the north side of 256. put in a so-called retention pond. I don't know where that retention pond is going to drain because all the drainage is above the bottom of the retention pond. So I don't understand how that's going to drain. It's already the first big rain we had overflowed into the neighbor's yard and put mud in everybody's yard and everything and then just it was muddier downstream too where I am. so we're concerned about that definitely the drainage redevelopment going in i see there's grain tile setting on 256 that have very sizable inlets for 18 inch pipe uh acker's ditch is only well it's only 15 inch in front of me so I don't know how you drain 18 inches into 15 inches. Where is that drain that you're going to go? Why are they putting those in if there's not a plan to drain it someplace?

Well, the pipe you're seeing is sanitary pipe. That's not storm pipe. That's sanitary sewer. Those are manholes. Those are sanitary manholes. Sanitary sewer, which is not coming your way. It goes to the wastewater plant. No, I'm just saying.

I was talking about stormwater runoff first.

No, I got you. Then we'll talk about sanitary. Sanitary sewer is a different thing. I'm not sure that We have got all of our drawings and what we're doing back from our engineer, but I do know that they're planning on a very large storm line going across the Leone property, across David Price and to Walnut Creek. So, that I do know. I mean, and the whole, that's... I will tell you, I think a lot of what people see out on 256

Everybody thinks there's going to be houses out there in six or seven months. There's not. There's not a plan for a house out there until 27, and it's not that many in 27. It's just the preparation of that stuff.

If I don't plan on going anyplace.

Right, and that's okay. That's okay, but I'm just saying. I just feel like a lot of that stuff that people are seeing, because I've heard everything from 500 trailer park at the Leone Farm to 1,000. There's not even a plot plan. We don't even know what or how many houses they're going to put there yet. The guy just bought it, and we're in the process of annexing just what's on the north side of the village, or of 256.

It would be a lot more reassuring if we saw an actual plan of where this drainage is going to go.

And when we get, when the engineers get to that, that'll be a public knowledge for sure. For sure. I just, I don't, I don't think we have a lot of knowledge. I don't think we can give answers that we don't have the answers to yet, because again, just the only housing development that's actually moving forward is the first one on the North side. And again, they're not going to build a house until 27. They're just doing the groundwork and grading and that stuff.

Yeah. But, The drainage still comes my way.

Okay. Well, I guess that's something that we'll just have to look into. And I'd like to give you a correct answer, and I can't give you a correct answer on it. We can get it. We can check with the engineers and get back with you on a good answer on that. It's not our intention to To not do the, I mean, the people that live on 256 there, you see the water all the time. Once they're annexed in the village of Baltimore, then it's our problem. And I say it's not our problem now because we are not allowed to do anything, any of that. That's Walnut Township right now. The only thing that's inside the village of Baltimore right now is where they're clearing the land that Landis used to own, right there east on the north side of town. That's the only thing that's actually been annexed into the village of Baltimore so far.

So all the things going on out of 256 and 37?

That's Walnut Creek's doing sewer work. There's all kinds of stuff that doesn't have anything to do with us.

Because I know when they redid the intersection out there, all they did out there was mess up.

Yeah, and again, that doesn't have nothing to do with us. That was the state, and that had nothing to do with us. Because that's not even in our village. So, I mean, we're Fastmax and all that is.

I don't know what's in the village. We tried to find the map. The only map on Baltimore's website from 2017... So that doesn't give me a warm fuzzy.

If you go to the auditor's website and where it says owner, you type in Village of Baltimore and then hit map. It'll bring up a map of the village with a yellow outline of all the incorporated parts of the village.

Well, we found one on the village website.

Well, this would be the Fairfield County Auditor's website. They have the most up-to-date stuff online for the village.

We could work on that. Or we could just send a link over to the auditor's website.

So here's what we're going to do. And then, and this is the best thing for us to do is when the engineer gets everything done and we have a clear answer, we'll have a public meeting and that's all we'll talk about. And that's that way we can answer every question. And cause we don't have a clear, cause there's not a clear answer to any of this stuff other than that. They're the one field they're clearing land. I mean, that's, that's the only thing we have an answer to right now. Yeah, of course. And anybody can call in and talk to the village administrator anytime. This isn't, we're not, there's no secret, there's no, we want to be an open book and we want to work through the village with this together.

Is there a tentative date for that? The engineer's report?

I don't know.

A visitor section technically is only supposed to be speaking, not... That's how these council meetings work for the visitor section. It's never actually a back and forth. It's not supposed to be that way. If you've ever been to a county commissioner's meeting, they don't say one word. The county commissioners don't. So folks try to answer some questions, but that's not what it's for. It's a public speaking session. When they have a public hearing, that's when everybody can come up.

Yeah, and I assure you we will set one of those up. for everyone to come to. Yep. What's that? Yeah, we'll have it upstairs and we'll, and we'll do it within the next month or two. Okay.

I'm going to executive session to discuss economic development issues. I would invite everybody at the table, special counsel, and I would ask to include Rick Foreman, who is the council member who's participating virtually this evening.
