Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

anybody out there if you haven't had a chance to sign in at the back please do so um and then this first item on our agenda is the minutes for September 9th 2024 Planning Commission meeting minutes has uh everybody had a chance to review those and any questions or comments on those no comments I'll entertain a motion so move I have a first second first and a second everybody in favor all right second item is FP item has come to you previously as noted in the staff report and the original plat was approved on July 8th of 2024 the final plat and the final Master drainage plan um however there was one revision made to the plat after all those approval processes um in the top right corner there's now a reserve b as well and that used to be a lot um so now it's going to be a drainage Reserve um so that reduced the Lots from 20 I believe down to 24 um and then we received the corresponding Master drainage plan as well um and those have all been submitted to our engineer um so I'm happy to try and answer any questions or if not recommend approval of this final plat and master drainage plan um condition of course on us finalizing petitions and cost estimates and the final utility plan

anybody in the public out there want to speak on this item at all only if you want to no pressure this is Josie Huffman she's the developer Josie if you can just state your name and address when you get up there okay Josie Huffman 2010 North Harvest rdge and over Kansas and we've been working on the Rockies Edition for quite some time now so I'm super excited that we're going to be hopefully moving forward if you guys have any questions I'll do my best to answer them um I'm not sure about the Engineering Process but other than that I'll do my best I have a question for Mrs Huffman but I do for you Cammy are the petitions and the cost estimates the final utility plan have they been filed with you all yet so we do have them um I'm just saying contingent on Final in case any other changes are happen to be made um but the petitions will go to the city council for approval okay but you have them I do have them yes thank you you're welcome Jo are these going to be three bedroom two-bedroom I can't remember what you told us before three-bedroom two B three bedroom two every floor plan correct they're all going to be the exact same okay
